VAM is pleased to provide you with its photography and video services. As always, customer satisfaction is our primary concern. With that in mind, please read these notes before you place your order:
- Please note that all sales are final. We will not be able to issue refunds on orders after they are already shipped, so please check your order carefully before you place it.
- We will be happy to replace DVDs or photo CDs if they arrive damaged. All replacement orders must be received by VAM office no later than 3 days within the delivery date.
- To avoid the possibility of a mistake, please double check the entry number as per the competition schedule for each location. Please note that the latest version of the schedule may differ from earlier versions posted on the YAGP website before the competition date.
- Please note that the average processing time for orders is 30 days after the order has been placed. If you do not receive your order within 30 days of purchase, please contact VAM office at your earliest convenience. Because of shipping companies’ practices, we may not be able to track shipments after 45 days from the date of shipment.
